We use recyclable PET and glass wherever possible. Outer boxes are made from recycled, FSC-certified paperboard - no blister packs, no unnecessary inserts.
Our herbs and oils come from local, trusted growers we have personally visited. Cold-pressed processes keep nutrients intact and use less energy than refining.
Every product is manufactured in small, fresh runs to reduce overstock and expiry wastage. What we make is already ordered - or will be, soon.
We never test finished products or raw ingredients on animals. This promise is non-negotiable - not now, not ever.
We optimise every parcel to minimise empty space. We also offset a portion of our logistics emissions through local tree-planting partners each quarter.
We are not perfect - but we are always improving. Every year we publish a small update of what we changed, what worked, and what is still a work in progress.
