By accessing or using hayanbeauty.com, placing an order or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on our website.
When you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers through approved payment processors. Orders are only dispatched after successful payment or COD verification.
A confirmation email or SMS does not guarantee shipment - in rare cases we may need to cancel or refund if an item is out of stock.
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. All orders above PKR 2,500 qualify for free shipping; a flat PKR 250 shipping fee applies to smaller orders.
Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the packaging is intact.
Opened or used products are only eligible for refund if proven defective at the time of delivery, and must be reported with clear photos within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
While every effort is made to ensure product descriptions, ingredient lists and images are accurate, slight natural variations may occur due to batch differences in herbal ingredients. These do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.
Our products are cosmetics and personal care items - they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have skin conditions or allergies, please consult a dermatologist before use.
All content on this website - including logos, product names, images, copy, design and photography - is the intellectual property of Haya Beauty and may not be copied, republished or distributed without written permission.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent orders, to attempt to hack, scrape or overload our servers, or to infringe on the rights of other users or of Haya Beauty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haya Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the specific product(s) in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
